There's a new sample clip from what we've been working on at the Bubble over in the A/V section. It was stripped out of some DV we shot while we were there, so don't get too picky about the levels and quality. This is just a taste, friends, just a taste. We'll try to put up some more bits and pieces of audio and video as we can.

Happy Cinco de Mayo, or 050505 day, depending on your preference. A quick update:

We got a lot done in the last session at the Bubble, and really liked working with Frenchie, so we've decided to go back later this month and try to finish recording. Right now we're looking at tracking 12 songs, a couple of which may or may not make it onto the record. Things are sounding really good, so far.

This is going to be an interesting record to sequence. While we have a few songs that could be connected with what's on Debutante, there are a few others that are a pretty big departure. Some of these songs were written three years ago, and some only about a month ago. I'm curious how it will all fit together. Also, there's no title yet; we're still thinking about that. Any suggestions?

We're heading into the Bubble next week to begin working on our first real, full-length record. This is exciting to say the least. Debutante was recorded a year and a half ago, and since it's been so long, we have a lot of new material to get down and sift through. What do we think will go on this record, you ask? Well, most of what we play live these days, and some things you haven't even heard yet; we've been busy. So get ready. And while we can't promise any release dates, I swear this will come out faster than the last one did.
